This Privacy Policy explains how the Hassam Health Services mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information, and how you can request deletion of your data.

1. Information we collect

Personal information: name, email address, phone number, and address you provide when creating an account or profile.
Health information: lab test details, prescriptions, and related records you upload or that are associated with your account.
Photos: images you choose to upload (e.g. prescriptions or profile/registration images) via your device's photo picker.
Location: your device location, used to help you find nearby labs, hospitals, and pharmacies.

2. How we use your information

To provide core app functionality (accounts, lab tests, prescriptions, and directory search).
To communicate with you about your requests and service updates.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Data security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. How to request deletion of your account and data

You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time:

In the app: log in, open the home screen, scroll to the bottom, tap “Delete Account 🗑️”, and confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted immediately.
By email: if you can no longer access the app, email support@hassamhealthservices.com with the subject Account Deletion Request, including the email/username on your account. We will verify and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: your profile information (name, email, phone, address), and any health records and photos associated with your account. We retain data only where required by law, and only for the period required, after which it is deleted.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
